Experience, research and in-house manufacturing since 1980
Since 1980 Aselt has designed and built induction heating systems entirely in-house: electro-thermal analysis, FEM simulation, manufacturing and testing handled by the same team.
A method that ensures consistent quality, tailor-made solutions and a single point of contact throughout the project.
From Fluxtrol® magnetic flux concentrators to silver-bearing copper Cu+Ag 0.1% and silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) insulators, every material helps improve the efficiency and precision of industrial heat treatments.
Expertise and accountability
We are a company specialising in induction heating design, manufacturing and processing, based in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza, Italy). For over thirty years we have worked with machine builders, system integrators and engineering companies that demand precision, reliability and repeatability in industrial thermal processes.
For us, induction is not just a technology: it is a working method built on analysis, simulation and control.
Our story
Precision, reliability and repeatability
Aselt started out as a small workshop dedicated to induction heating.
Over time, the expertise gained and a scientific approach turned the business into a structured industrial company, able to supply complete machinery for induction heating and hardening.
Today Aselt integrates:
- FEM design for thermal process simulation.
- In-house production of coils, transformers and control panels.
- Proprietary IPC system for real-time quality control.
Thanks to consolidated know-how, Aselt is recognised as a trusted technical partner for induction heating in Northern Italy and abroad.
Two areas, one expertise
Aselt’s activity is divided into two perfectly complementary areas, united by the same goal: achieving efficient, safe and repeatable induction heating processes.
We perform induction heat treatments on steels and alloys: hardening, tempering, brazing and controlled heating.
Every cycle is digitally managed and validated by the IPC – Induction Process Control system, which guarantees 100% quality.
We design and build generators, transformers, coils and control panels for induction heating systems, developed to customer specifications.
All components are produced and tested in-house, ensuring consistency and traceability.
Technology and FEM simulation
Every Aselt project starts from a FEM (Finite Element Method) simulation.
This approach makes it possible to predict the electro-thermal behaviour of the workpiece, optimising:
- magnetic field distribution,
- heating depth,
- cycle times and energy consumption.
Simulation becomes an integral part of the production process and makes it possible to drastically reduce physical testing, making every system more efficient and stable over time.
IPC process control
Aselt innovation also comes through the IPC (In Process Control) system, developed in-house to monitor electromagnetic and thermal parameters in real time during processing.
The system compares each cycle with a “virtual master” and flags any deviation from the allowed tolerances.
The result is continuous, automatic quality control, with digital reports and full traceability of every production cycle.
Key benefits:
- 100% verified quality
- Less waste
- No destructive post-process testing
In-house production and testing
All key phases – design, winding, assembly, testing – are carried out at our facility in Montebello Vicentino (Vicenza, Italy).
Aselt has:
- dedicated test benches for generators and transformers,
- high-frequency measuring instruments,
- testing equipment for coils and magnetic materials.
Every machine undergoes thermal tests, electrical checks and load simulations before delivery to the customer.
