That is why Aselt supplies and uses special components carefully selected to ensure maximum magnetic, thermal and electrical performance.

From Fluxtrol® magnetic flux concentrators to Cu+Ag 0.1% copper and silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) insulators, every material helps improve the efficiency and precision of industrial heat treatments.

Fluxtrol®

Fluxtrol® is a low-loss soft magnetic material used by Aselt as a flux concentrator inside induction coils.
Its role is to direct the magnetic field only where it is needed, improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption. Aselt is also a Fluxtrol® supplier for the whole of Italy.

Silicon nitride (Si₃N₄) is an advanced ceramic material used for insulating tooling and supports in induction heating processes.

  • Heat resistance up to 1000 °C.
  • Low thermal expansion.
  • Excellent resistance to thermal and mechanical shock.

Custom tooling and fixtures

In addition to the main materials, Aselt manufactures special tooling and support fixtures designed to measure to keep the workpiece correctly positioned during processing.

Every fixture is built to withstand:
